Shipping
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the number of items ordered, and in addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments.
When will my package ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 10 business days from the time the order is placed. The day an order ships does not count as a day in transit. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within the next week.
Keep in mind that orders are processed in the order in which they are received. All orders are shipped from our location in Barbados, the Caribbean via UPS. Beauty Beyond Soap ships to the U.S.A., Canada, Europe and other parts of the world and follows the standard methods available by UPS.
Beauty Beyond Soap cannot guarantee same day expedited shipping when an order is placed on hold for review.
Additional taxes and charges
Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties, and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
My address is wrong on my confirmation.
If your address is wrong, please email us and we will update it. For fraud prevention we cannot change your entire shipping address. However, we will update minor errors such as (your zip code, apartment number, house number etc.).
